Adeel MaQbool, known professionally as Eddie MaQbool was born in Lahore, Pakistan and raised on Long Island. Eddie brings a rich blend of cultural perspective, business acumen, and the expertise of a true New York real estate mindset to every transaction. A first-generation Pakistani American, Eddie spent most of his life between New York City and New Jersey, giving him deep-rooted knowledge of the region’s diverse markets.
Eddie began his career in the wireless industry, quickly rising from a salesperson to a store manager at both Verizon and T-Mobile. His passion for people and natural sales ability eventually led him to entrepreneurship, where he successfully launched and ran a travel business for nearly a decade. In 2017, Eddie shifted his focus to real estate—and discovered his true calling.
Since then, Eddie has closed over $50 million in real estate sales, with a strong footprint in Manhattan and Long Island. His reach even extends internationally, with real estate experience in Dubai, UAE. He specializes in helping first-time home buyers, members of the Boomer generation, and individuals navigating life transitions such as divorce—always with empathy, strategic insight, and a steady hand.
