Track Record
Nearly a decade of residential real estate practice across some of the most demanding markets in the country.
$75M+ in closed transaction volume across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Island, spanning Coop and Condo sales, single family transactions, and multi market relocations.
In Manhattan, that experience runs from prewar Coops with complex board approval processes to full service Condos above the 40th floor. The price point I know best, and have transacted in most consistently runs from $800,000 through $2.5 million, with experience at higher price points as well.
On Long Island, I worked across a range of neighborhoods and property types, including transactions that required managing multiple offers, extended negotiations, and timing sensitive decisions.
In the DFW market, I am both an active agent and a homeowner. I purchased my own home in Frisco and have been transacting in this market since arriving. That gives me a perspective most agents here do not have: the direct experience of navigating a purchase as a principal, not just an advisor.
The transactions I have been most useful in are not the straightforward ones. They are the ones where pricing was contested, where timing created pressure, where the negotiation required discipline rather than reaction, and where the client needed someone who had seen the pattern before.
